Who we are

This website is operated by FutureNext Media (“FutureNext Media”, “we”). For any privacy question, write to sales@futurenextmedia.com.

What we collect, and why

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it through the demo-request form:

  • Your name, organisation, work email, contact number and state or country — to reply to your request.
  • The services, venue estimate, languages, dates and message you provide — to prepare a relevant walkthrough.
  • Your consent confirmation — to record that you asked us to contact you.

The form is delivered to our sales inbox by email. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not add you to marketing lists without a separate, explicit request.

What we do not collect

  • No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set by this website.
  • The interactive demonstrations run entirely in your browser on synthetic data; nothing you click is sent to us.
  • Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and abuse prevention.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 180 days after our last correspondence with you, unless we enter into a contract, in which case contractual records are kept as the contract and law require. Technical logs are kept for no longer than needed for security.

Service providers

Form submissions are transmitted using an email-delivery provider acting on our instructions. The website is hosted on infrastructure operated for us under contract. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you sent, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing sales@futurenextmedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.

Client deployments

When we deploy ground-operations tools (such as registration, grievance intake or check-in) for a client, the client decides the purposes and is responsible for its own privacy notice to citizens. We process that data only on the client’s documented instructions, with access controls, retention schedules and deletion logs agreed in the contract.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version above.
